I work with students and adults who struggle with the effects of ADHD. Together we walk through the 5 step process to creating lasting change. Learn how to let go and create simplicity in all areas of your life using this 5 Step Process. This process can be used for anything from planning your day, week, month or event when you feel overwhelmed in the moment. Together we will get you on a clear path with more ease and consistency.
- Connect – Get clear on what your values are and what’s most important to you right now.
- Create – What do you want in your life and how to get there.
- Release + Replace – Time wasters, beliefs, distractions, and anything that keeps you stuck in the past. Then replace it with how you want to be and how you want to spend your time.
- Recalibrate + reorganize – Reassess and evaluate what you want now, then organize your time and spaces. Set boundaries to maintain the changes.
- Rhythm – Create new habits and routines to keep you connected to yourself, balanced, present and focused.
